Our New BBQ Is Under Construction

We are currently in the process of fitting a new bespoke Garden Galley to our river front setting at Riverside Park. It has been fitted with a top of the range gas pizza oven, which has the ability to cook pizzas within minutes; and an Outback 6 burner BBQ. Granite has been laid for the worksurface, giving a meter and a half of work space to make your pizzas. Meaning that this will be a great focal point for families to work together and have some fun creating masterpieces.

The project started on the 10th of June and is due to be completed soon. This means that our lucky customers will be able to use the new set up in time for the summer months, enjoying the fabulous views and the great weather. As soon as the project has been completed, the new Garden Galley will be available to book during your stay at Riverside Park. 

Below, you can see our great builders working hard laying the brick work for the Galley. As you can see here, the pizza oven is going to be placed facing the river; meaning that you will be able to sit enjoying the great view of the waterfront whist your creations are cooking behind you. 

As soon as the construction has been completed, we will take new photos of the set up to keep you updated and post some recipes that we think you will enjoy making.
